FLEXI PAYMENT PLAN

UNFRONT PAYMENT PLAN

IFMS = Interest free maintenance Security Rs. 6/- per sq. ft. of Super Area

A.M. = Advance Maintenance charges Rs. 27/- per sq. ft. of Super Area

NOTE:

Payment to be made by A/c payee Cheque(s) / Demand Draft(s) drawn in favor of "Agarwal Associates (Promoters) Limited" payable at New Delhi / Delhi / Ghaziabad.
Stamp Duty, Registration charges, EDC, IDC & all other applicable taxes including Service Tax and / or GST shall be charged extra and to be borne by the Allottee(s)
Electricity Connection and Meter charges are not mentioned above and would be borne & paid by the Allottee(s) before execution of sale deed.
Price are subject to change without any notice from time to time, at the sole discretion of the company which shall not affect who have already enrolled.
